葛辉，男，出生于安徽省合肥市，2019年本科毕业于安徽工业大学冶金工程专业，获工学学士学位，2025年硕博连读毕业于东北大学冶金学院，获工学博士学位。现为材料与环境工程应用化学专业专任教师。
