李敏，女，出生于陕西咸阳市泾阳县，2006年本科毕业于西安科技大学材料科学与工程专业，获工科学士学位，2009年硕士毕业于西安科技大学材料学专业，获工科硕士学位，现为材料与环境工程新能源材料与专业，副教授。
