个人基本信息:

吕重光,男,籍贯江苏溧阳,2019年博士毕业于南京工业大学材料物理与化学专业,获工学博士学位,2020-2024年于南京工业大学从事博士后研究工作,现为材料与环境工程学院金属材料工程专业讲师。

铁电压电功能材料的制备及微结构研究;二维可控气相生长及其电子/光电、电磁器件的研究;卤素钙钛矿微电存储器件的研究。

主持国家自然科学基金青基金项目一项,主持江苏省卓越博士后项目一项,参与国家自然科学基金重大研究计划一项。
